Billing
I received one email thanking for my recent payment and a second email a payment is overdue. Which is right? Also, you make it extremely difficult to ask a question. Questions do not always fall within your nice little category. You are so worried about saving. You do not worry about your customers.

I would recommend checking your current balance on the Xfinity app or website. You can do this by going to the billing section on either platform. This article How to view your Xfinity bill online will provide you with steps to get there. If your bill is truly overdue, you will typically see a pop-up informing you of so.
I also want to thank you for providing feedback on the community forums, we want to make sure that this is the simplest form of engagement for all of our customers. With that being said, some questions may fall slightly between the cracks, but I reccomend using your best judgement and finidng the category closest to your scenario. Our Community experts also do a avery good job of finding any misplaced questions, and move them to the best category for exposure to our team.
