Billing

Hello I am extremely annoyed because I can't get a real person and I just want to know why my bill is $98 and should be $90 it was just changed at the end of last month and I want to know how long until the new charge goes into effect. Also how long does it take to process out of my account because it said it was paid but doesn't show on my account

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your frustration and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Regarding your billing inquiry, we charge 30 days in advance, which means that any changes made to your account will take two billing cycles to reflect the new prices. This is why your current bill is $98 instead of the updated $90.

As for the payment processing, once a payment is made, it typically takes a few business days to fully process and reflect on your account. If it has been longer than this and the payment still does not show, please let us know so we can investigate further.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

user_9wboqq Shoot! I'm happy to provide some clarity to your questions today. Looks like you have two separate questions. Can you please elaborate on which question you are still needing answered? One was about your pricing concerns, and the other was about your payment posting to your account. I want to be sure we get you the answers to these. To be honest, this may be something I will need to look at your account for to give you more specific details. I look forward to hearing back from you.
