Billing

Working with Xfinity has been absolutely frustrating and maddening. I gave up another carrier because we received a $45.00/month promo special in the mail. Thus far we been docked for late payment (we are on autopay!!!!!!) and I am looking at a $114.60 bill not including the "late payments". I called their telephone helper and she double checked our credit card info and it was all good. I went into the store and they told me my credit info is all good.

Why am I getting late notices and fees when I am on auto pay? why is my bill $114.60 when it was promised to be around $50.00 after taxes.

I am very close to telling Xfinity that they can pick up their equipment on the side of the road which is where I am about to throw it.

Next I am calling my old carrier and beg their forgiveness.

If this sounds snarky it is because I am fed up with their lies and the amount of time I have spent trying to have this explained.

Spent a great amount of time with this. Coupled with the lengths one must go to actually speak to a real person (at least for me) I have dropped Xfinity and went back to my old carrier.
