Hi there!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support.  We are so glad to hear from you today @user_tqucnv.  On this platform, we are unable to process payments.  However, if you log into your account directly at xfinity.com/myaccount you can process any payments you need there.  You are also always more than welcome to download our Xfinity app and process payment there as well.
