I am 1 month past due. I had spoken with an online chat agent 2 days ago who set up a payment arrangement for me to pay my past due balance on the 26th of this month. It was due yesterday in order to not be cut off. All my services just got cut off and i am not able to get in contact with the online chat agent or an agent over the phone until I pay the past due balance even though I have a payment arrangement set up and scheduled. So now I don't know what to do to get my services back up when I'm not able to get in contact with anyone.
