Hello,

Just got the xfinity email saying that their cost of services will be going up in 2023.  Earlier in the day got another email saying that we've earned "rewards".  

We would be really happy if they rewarded us with lower bills and quit giving us rewards that are of no value to us!

 "Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
