I submitted my bill on Dec.18, still not credited to my account. What are you people doing does anyone check the mail on a regular?

I can assure you that our team processes payments quckly and very soon after they are received. 

 

I can share from the USPS website https://www.usps.com/ the below the language at the top of their website in a red banner:

ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

 

I also see a research inquiry into your recent payment with the right teams opened on January 3.  Let me know if you need that ticket # and I can send it to you via Private Message.
