Billing won't load

Cannot access my billing information at all through the website. Have already tried clearing my cache and cookies, as well as multiple browsers and platforms. I desperately need to cancel my service as I am moving out of the country in a few months.

user_h817w3 Hello, thanks for reaching out! We do apologize you are unable to access your account to cancel services. We can help, please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
