Billing total does not match payment total
My bill total doesn't match my credit card payment. Nothing in my account shows the amount that was charged to my credit card. This is a business account, when payments do not match invoice totals it creates internal financial control issues for the users. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I had to call customer service 6 times and spent hours trying to get something I could turn in to explain the difference between billing and payments. Why is this so hard for Xfinity to figure out???? Frustrated.
