Billing system glitches--AGAIN?!

I first reported two months ago that I was receiving official notifications from Xfinity about my outstanding balance--a week after my full payment had been processed! Well, it happened again this week. In December, it was two push notifications from the Xfinity mobile app. This time it was one push notification and one email. If you're incorporating AI more into processes, please do your beta testing internally before launching to customers. In 44 years of paying creditors, I've never been late with ANY payments. As automated systems get more sophisticated over time, shouldn't we see fewer problems such as this instead of more?

I am sorry to hear that you are getting notifications about the payment being due after already making the payment, but you have come to the right place for this issue. I see we are already working with you via DM on another issue, so we will work with you there on this issue as well.
