Billing Question
Is it actually possible to call and speak with someone at comcast? That fake chat session thing is a complete waste of time. It's almost as if comcast is trying to incite and further anger their customers by adding this customer-aggrevator-stress-generator-time waster.
I get why you would want to keep you customers at arms length for service and quality matters but but for billing questions you think that you would have people staffed and standing at the ready to take my money and take the opportunity to try to get me to pay for more services.
