Billing problems no one can fix

I’ve made several calls to resolve a billing error and each time  was told it was fixed but it keeps appearing and I’m getting threats of disconnection of service. I went to an xfinity store and they saw the problem and made notes on the account but it still isn’t fixed. Can’t get ahold of any managers. Been ongoing for 2 months now.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
