Billing Not for Student Rate and No ACP Credit Applied
I spoke with a rep and set up a student internet account 200 mb for $35 per month. The rep I spoke to was named Marco and he said due to system errors our bill would be listed as $45 and then go down to $35 for the student rate and then $25 with autopay which I also set up with my bank account. We have had 3 bill-all of them-all for $45. There has been no bank autopay discount either.
After setting up the internet, a few weeks ago I applied for the Affordable Internet Connectivity Program to get it down from 45 and have not received a determination or the credit.
I bought the cheapest $25 student plan over the phone and set up autopay, why is my bill not $25? Why has the ACP not applied yet on top of this?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@ClarkStreetInternet
When you apply for ACP, when they determine you qualify, you are given a National Verifier ID. At that point you would need to notify Comcast that you have been approved and then give them the ID number.
As far as autopay goes it takes several bills before it's applied, usually by the third bill or 45 days. You can set up autopay with a debit or credit card, but in order to receive the discount [if available in your area] you would need to have payment taken directly from your bank account, and not via a card.
