Billing Issues

Hello, 

I need a credit on my account as i have been charged in error on Xfinity's side for the last 20 months for an account that is not active. I have reached out to Xfinity billing many times and they have refunded my back account but never credit my xfinity mobile account, so i get a past due bill and they are now charging me the same amount as my refund and stealing form me. I need someone to fix this issue as the customer service for xfinity is incompetent and don't know what they are doing.
