billing issues
Hi,
I have contacted the customer service 5 times about my previous billing issue and could not get my issue resolved. I canceled my service on 07/01 but got charged for a full month between 06/18-07/18 even though I only used my service for 06/18-07/01. then I got charged again for 55 after 07/10 and then again for 28.06. I don't understand the payment. before I renewed my contact, I was told by the customer service that I won't need to pay for the early termination fees, but it is definitely not true. I don't think I will continue the xifinity service in the future definitely and won't recommend my friends and my families for your services.

Do you happen to have our Xfinity App on your mobile device? You should be able to quickly and easily log in using your Xfinity ID and view if there are any active account and services? If you are able to log in and see services, the account may not be discontinued. The Xfinity App is the main go-to app to view the status of the Xfinity account, billing, and services.
