Billing Issues
I wanted to upgrade to Xfi complete but I had to make a 224$ deposit because of a past due balance I had. I paid the deposit and they took money out of my card but there’s no pending orders on my Xfinity account. I talked to an agent about it and they told me the same thing: there’s no payment for the past due balance. What do I do?
