Subject: Urgent Assistance Required – Payment Misallocation Due to Incorrect Account Information

Dear Xfinity Customer Support,

I am writing to address a critical issue concerning misallocated payments resulting from being provided with an incorrect account number by an Xfinity representative. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through standard customer service channels, the issue remains unresolved.

Please contact me asap so this issue can get resolved.

Your full name and contact information.
The incorrect account number provided.
Any relevant transaction details (dates, amounts, etc.).
We appreciate your patience and loyalty as an Xfinity customer. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving this issue to your satisfaction.

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
