Billing Issue
I'm having a dispute with my predatory apartment building owner and predatory apartment management company because I was a civil servant working in housing, I know the state housing regulations, discovered the management company was changing lease terms after tenants signed their leases, and fighting for livable conditions in my apartment.
As a result of the dispute, I have to stay outside my home.
I need to work with a Comcast executive because I can't pay my bill that on December 3rd, 2024. I have money coming a few weeks later that will allow me to pay my bill in full and keep my services active.
I've purchased over 300 movies and television shows and I use xfinity stream daily. I want to still have access to the content I've purchased.
I have been an Comcast customer since 1998 and I will continue to be a Comcast customer.
I just want Comcast to work with me.
