I am writing to dispute an unexpected increase in my latest bill. My monthly bill is usually $41.54, but my most recent statement shows a charge of $71.50. I haven't changed my services, and I would like to understand what the extra $29.96 charge is for. Please review my account and provide a breakdown of this increase. If an expired promotional rate caused this, I would like to discuss switching to a more affordable plan.
