Billing Information Won't Load
Whenever I attempt to view my billing information, I end up seeing a blank screen at https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/my-account/billing/statement-list. I get this behavior in both Firefox and Chrome, as well as in the Xfinity iOS application.
Note also that the behavior that I am experiencing sounds exactly like what other have reported in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/billing-information-wont-load/63b59d52507b4d3af9e1770a.

Good evening @jameyw, and thank you for reaching out to on our Community Forums with your issues being able to view your billing information. We're sorry to hear that instead, you end up seeing a blank screen. We appreciate you trying multiple web browsers as well. May I ask if you have tried clearing cache and cookies?

Thank you for confirming you have tried clearing cache and cookies as well as incognito mode @jameyw, we really appreciate it. To confirm, are you experiencing any other issues with your online account or is it just when accessing billing statements? I see you also stated you are experiencing this issue on the app as well. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I have experienced the same issues with the billing page only, I initially tried to pay my bill when I received the email notification that my bill was ready, logged into my account hit the billing tab and received the blank screen, called an xfinity agent and was told that they cant process payments over the phone and wanted me to download an app to do a simple task that apparently your website is incapable of doing anymore. I have worked in the tech industry for 20+ years and I find it disconcerting that a corporation of this magnitude cannot fix its internal base systems to do a primary function as basic as bill pay. I tried multiple devices, pc, tablets, laptop, phone, and all have the cache with cookies dumped on a regular basis, therefore the issue does not rest in that process but is more inherent to the coding of your billing page itself. I cant even get to the point to where I can view the PDF's of my current or previous bills. Now I understand why this companies pricing is so outrageous, people cant pay their bills therefore you are missing out on revenue which translates to price increases... The underlying message to all of this is, fix the basic functionality of your billing platform please!
