Billing History

I have checked my billing history and my history seems questionable. 

  • Inconsistencies in charges 
  • My billing language is in Spanish and cannot change
  • on a promotional plan but billing seems questionable.

My history search goes through 2-3years, a customer for over 10yrs but as of recent since June/July of 2020 my billing is suspicious.
