Billing history for linked inactive account (prior address)

Please help me access the billing history from my account from my prior residence address.  I see the linked account, marked inactive, but don't see any way to get the billing history.  Thanks.

Inactive about 3 months, from when I moved to new address but kept Xfinity service.

Hmmm.  I am not aware of a different login.  I have a single login that I don't believe changed between my old residence address and the new one.

@user_3rja0p When you log into that site, what billing history are you showing? Do you see the previous account details?

And when I look under account information, I can see the account for my prior residence address, as a linked account, labeled "inactive", but no way to make it active or switch to it or otherwise get to the billing history.
