Billing dispute
Good morning, I got deployed at the beginning of the year for 6 months, and while I was deployed my account was on hold, and I was paying 8 dollars a month to hold it. Unfortunately, the apartment complex I moved to does not have Xfinity, so I canceled my plan. As of today, June 29th I have been charged 103 dollars and I do not understand why. I have already turned in my equipment and have a receipt to confirm. I have not used or received any service for 6 months so I do not understand why I have been charged.
Very respectfully, Brittany [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hi there! First, thank you for your service, and we appreciate you taking the time to reach out.
We can certainly understand why this charge would be confusing, especially if your account was placed on a seasonal hold during your deployment, you returned your equipment, and canceled your service after moving to a location where Xfinity isn't available.
We'd be happy to review the account to determine exactly what the $103 charge is for. It could be related to a final bill, prorated charges, equipment, or another billing adjustment, but we'd want to verify the details before making any assumptions.
