Billing Discrepancy - $182 Quote from Phone Agent Not Honored
"I am a long-term customer. Today at 1:00 PM, I finalized an agreement with a phone agent for $182/month (1 Gig + Popular TV +phone + optional HBO for addl. $7.50). The order was not finalized properly and I'm now being quoted $219. I need an Official Employee to review the phone logs from today and honor the $182 (plus $7.50 total $199) price."
