Billing customer service contact
I am trying to find a form of contact with xfinity billing to help my son resolve an issue on his account. He has some recent medical issues which prevent him from talking on the phone. We would like to email or write to customer service with our questions and concerns. I have chatted via the chat box but then they want to call to resolve any issues....That will not work for him at this time. Please advise on how we can get things adressed.

Hi there, @bz7f95! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sorry to hear that your son is not feeling well! What is the reason that is given for a call to be required? Also, are you an authorized user on the account? With billing, we would need to be able to authenticate you as a manager level user to work with the account. Having this information would help us to be better able to figure out where to go from here.
