Billing Correction STILL not resolved



I've been trying to have an incorrect charge removed from my upcoming bill since November 20th. I've spoken to multiple agents and have been told over and over again that my support ticket will be escalated, but nothing is happening.


I'd like to PM with a Comcast employee. I've been trying to call and chat with an agent, and the system won't let me. This is brutal customer service.

We have credited the disputed amount in full plus provided an additional credit for the poor experience.  You will see the credit on your next statement and/or via My Account.

My bill was turned over to a collection agency. I transferred my service in November because I've from Maryland to PA. Comcast never turned off my service in md. I have called several times and have been told this would be resolved in 3 days and it still hasn't now it is on my credit report
