Billing charge for install
So. I paid $100 for tech install. He lays the cable on my neighbors roof. He places my router on the basement floor where the cable came through the wall. He told me it goes in basement. ( though Xfinity install says no to basement or attic. Should be main floor in middle .nope. I have ATT and they placed the box where I wanted it. I had to run cable myself. Of course can't get any support help. Maybe should have stayed with ATT. Not a good start. Can I get my install $100 back?
