Billing and customer service

I'm never using xfinity ever again after we move. The only reason we do use them is that our landlord requires it.

So here's the deal. Their customer service and billing are outright liars. I can count about three instances where I asked for a clarification from a cs rep, got the clarification, and then when billing came around it was a lie. When I come to the cs about it, they back track completely. Never get a deal with these people. Never let them get a commission from you. This last time is the last straw. I canceled the mobile line in the middle of the billing cycle, which is fine and I understand paying a little for what I used. What I don't understand is billing me the whole amount of the line, despite showing me the receipt that was about HALF of the full cycle bill while I was talking to the cs rep. I wish I could leave an actual bad review but this is as close as I can get.
