Billing Adjustment Request – Seasonal Convenience Plan
Dear Xfinity Customer Support,
I am posting here to formally request a billing correction regarding my Seasonal Convenience Plan.
On January 19, 2026, I opened internet service with Xfinity. Because I needed to travel, I enrolled in the Seasonal Convenience Plan from January 20, 2026 through March 20, 2026. The confirmation I received states that I would be charged $8 per month instead of the regular $50 monthly rate during this period. However, my account has continued to reflect the regular $50 monthly charge. I contacted Xfinity via online chat on January 27, 2026. The representative (Nikki) informed me that the monthly charge had been adjusted to $8 and that the update would appear within a few days. The adjustment never appeared. I contacted customer support again and was advised to call. On February 11, 2026, I spoke with a representative who informed me that the Seasonal Convenience Plan had not yet been activated. During that call, the representative:
1. Activated the Seasonal Convenience Plan, and
2. Submitted a request to waive the first month’s bill, since I had enrolled on January 19 and have documentation confirming this.
As of today, February 16, 2026, my account still reflects the incorrect $50 charge.
I respectfully request that:
• My account be adjusted to reflect the $8 monthly Seasonal Convenience Plan rate effective January 20, 2026.
• Any incorrect charges be credited back to my account.
• The regular $50 billing be stopped during the seasonal period.
Please confirm in writing once the billing adjustment has been completed.
