Billing Add ons FOX Nation

I've been paying $5.99/mo for FOX Nation and can not get it to come through ondemand.

All Ican get is a - FOX Nation - 2 minute sales pitch and samples.  Please turn it on or tell me how to fix it.

I have similar issues. Am paying for Fox Nation which includes Tucker Carlson Today program. I can watch it on my other devices, however there are only the first two trailer episodes showing up on my TV's. I've reached out to customer service, received a credit with a promise of resolution, but nothing has changed. Please help!
