Billed for services a month after canceling internet service
My cutoff date for services was 3/9/2024, which I have documented in email communications from Xfinity. I was charged however on 3/15/2024, and received notice that payment would again be due on 4/15/2024. I am reading other customers’ accounts of similar issues - that they too have been charged after agreed upon date for end of services.
I am frustrated and annoyed. The entire cancellation process with xfinity has been tedious and miserable. And to receive ongoing bills after that entire experience is a slap in the face.
Xfinity, please address this issue with my account. If the issues continue to persist, I will involve legal counsel to help settle this matter.

@user_3m29a8 we never want you to be billed for services you cancelled, and want to ensure that this is properly addressed for you!
