Billed $55/month on a $50/month rate - representative confirmed the error in chat, then the chat closed with it unresolved

I'm posting here because I've now had two billing issues on this account and the chat channel hasn't resolved either one. I'd like an Official Employee to take a look.

First issue: Xfinity dispatched a technician to my home. I was told beforehand that the visit would be free of charge. I was then billed a $100 technician fee. I had to contact Xfinity and push to get it reversed. It was eventually reversed, but it should never have been applied.

Second issue, and the reason I'm posting: I enrolled at $50/month. I'm being billed $55/month, and I was never notified of a rate change. I raised this in a recent chat session, and the representative confirmed to me in writing that my rate should be $50. So this isn't a disagreement about what I owe - Xfinity's own representative agreed the charge is wrong. The chat was then closed while I was still typing, and the billing error was left uncorrected. I'm still on the $55 rate.

What I'm asking for:

- Please pull the chat transcript from that session, where the representative confirms my correct rate is $50. I've submitted a Privacy Center data request for my own copy, but you have access to it now.
- Please correct my rate to $50 and refund the $5/month difference for every month it's been applied.
- Please confirm the correction in writing. Given the technician fee, verbal assurances haven't held up on this account.

Happy to send a direct message with my name and service address. I'd like to keep this on the forum so there's a record of the resolution.
