Bill

I moved out of [Edited: "Personal Information"] on 9/4/26. All services should have been moved to my current residence at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Why do I still have a bill for $108. I would like a refund for this since I did not use any services there since 9/4.

Hello, and thanks for stopping by the community forums to reach out, user_ms2a52! I'm sorry to hear you've been charged for service that hasn't been in use. We'd be more than happy to look over the account to make sure you aren't charged for the service past the day you moved! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get started!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
