No customer service email is [EDITED: Language] first off. Second, nowhere on my bill anywhere does it show the due date for my current bill. How do I know when my bill is due???? This seems like common sense to add a due date...

Hi there, @user_kl31zs! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Your due date is normally located on the first page of your statement. If you're not seeing it, we can help get the date for you. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
