I am also unemployed due to covid. Been a loyal customer for many years. I think your customers should not be charged for late fees. We have family to feed. I just saw my bill and they charged me late fees and said if I don't pay I'll get disconnected.

@Nette595  Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. In reviewing your account, I don't see any late fees charged over the past 24 months. 

As a courtesy, we have placed a small credit on your account for your loyalty.  I hope that helps in making the overall balance due by 1/3/2021 more manageable.
