Bill went up by $30

Hello was wondering if there was another promo or something I qualify for to help reduce the bill.

Hey @user_g09873,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. It sounds like your recent promotional offer has come to an end which resulted in an increase to the monthly service charges. I would highly recommend visiting our https://www.xfinity.com/learn/deals page and sign in with your Primary Xfinity ID. Here you can view eligible offers and see which one best fits your household needs. Please let us know if you have any questions on the plans offered or more.

Only way for me to bring costs down there would be to downgrade plans. Is that the only option I have?

I apologize @user_g09873, but I am unsure. If you are logged into your Xfinity ID and only seeing lower priced plans with a lower speed tier, those may be the only options available. You should be able to choose from a range of fast, reliable speeds to help support the number of concurrent devices in use within the home. Bandwidth needs also increase if you're streaming to multiple devices at once, or if you want to stream higher-resolution content. For example, Netflix recommends a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for 4K or Ultra HD streaming. How many devices do you currently use and stream on concurrently to see if there is a better speed tier that will work for your home?
