I apologize @user_g09873, but I am unsure. If you are logged into your Xfinity ID and only seeing lower priced plans with a lower speed tier, those may be the only options available. You should be able to choose from a range of fast, reliable speeds to help support the number of concurrent devices in use within the home. Bandwidth needs also increase if you're streaming to multiple devices at once, or if you want to stream higher-resolution content. For example, Netflix recommends a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for 4K or Ultra HD streaming. How many devices do you currently use and stream on concurrently to see if there is a better speed tier that will work for your home?
