Bill varies between $65 and $85 monthly

Can someone tell me why my bill is $65.00 one month, $85.00 the next month, $65.00 the month after that, and now i'm billed $85.00 for the upcoming month?  It makes no sense.  These are the "regular monthly charges".

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
