Bill too high

I am trying to contact someone from xfinity but am going in a loop.  When I try to speak to a person, it sends me to the xfinity assistant - it has me log in and that page doesn't work.  There are no phone numbers or email addresses listed anywhere to speak to an actual person and not an AI assistant that can not help.  I've been a customer for 2 years and my bill has been $85 a month.  the past 2 months its gone up to $125 a month and I can not afford this.  There are better deals coming as a new customer and I would like someone to reach out to me about keeping my business and giving me a discount on my billing - to meet new customer perks.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
