bill pay

I've been trying to pay my bill for 45 minutes. I almost always have trouble getting in to pay my bill but not this much. It needs to be made easier.

Thank you for reaching out here. I am sorry to hear about that issue paying your bill. Are you attempting to make that payment with your Xfinity app or at the Xfinity.com site?

bill pay page sits spinning then gives message "this is taking longer than expected" then message "something went wrong, working on it"


Please fix your site.

It should not be this difficult to give you my money!!!!
