bill pay

I've been trying to pay my bill for 45 minutes. I almost always have trouble getting in to pay my bill but not this much. It needs to be made easier.

Thank you for reaching out here. I am sorry to hear about that issue paying your bill. Are you attempting to make that payment with your Xfinity app or at the Xfinity.com site?
