Bill pay

Bill pay is still not working. I do not want to call  the 800 number. I have already tried your trouble shooting tips and they do not work.

Hello, @user_icipma. Thank you for making us aware you're having issues paying your bill via Forums. So that we don't go over something you've ready done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?

@XfinityRaul​ I have signed in and signed out. I have uninstalled the app and reinstall the app. I have used multiple browsers and it still does not work

@XfinityRaul​ I ended up just calling Xfinity and making payment over the phone via their automated system
