I like to remove auto payment. How do I go about it

Paying my bill has never been more confusing, difficult and  [Edited: Language]. Getting to where I want to go to pay is a waste of time, energy and so  [Edited: Language] frustrating I can't believe it. You have the worst system I have ever tried to negotiate. I can not say adequate working for my feelings about your system.

Tried to pay my bill for the past week.  Always getting the message that "sorry, this isn't working right now "
