Bill not reflecting agent's promised rate
Hi! My monthly bill recently went from $35 to $55. I chatted with customer service and they said they would reduce my bill back to $35 and give me a $20 credit back to my account. When I look at my next payment though it says it will be $97. How do I fix this immediately, before the new bill is processed?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
