Bill is outrageous

I am having the same problem as many others are. My bill has continually crept up and up until now it is nearing $300 a month. I have been a customer since I first moved out on my own almost 15 years ago, but at this point I am starting to question why I stick around.

I am willing to sign a new contract or whatever it takes, just hoping to see what options I have. When I reached out last year I was basically told there wasn't much I could do by the 3rd party call center.

I am not sure if you have done so already, but if you log in and browse over to : https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder You can check out all the service options you are eligible for. If you see something that works for your needs and budget, you can also switch over automatically right online! I recommend taking a look if you haven't yet. If you still need a hand, we can also manually help you with looking for different deals to see if you can save! Just send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Dude, my bill ended up being over $300 just for internet and TV (with a landline I never used that came with the package). I asked EVERYONE I came into contact with for weeks if they've ever heard of a TV/internet bill being that high, and nobody did. They looked at me like I was crazy for paying that much. I finally gave up on it and switched to just internet. You'd think after being a customer for over 7 years, they'd keep your bill manageable to keep you business. But nope. They raised it year after year after year

We definitely are willing to work with all our customers to ensure they have the services they need, and nothing extra that would increase the costs. Also, while we try to hold down costs, price changes are necessary for a number of reasons, including the continually increasing costs of programming and our ongoing investments in network upgrades, cutting edge technologies, and enhanced products and services.
