Bill Increase/No Option for payment plan!

For some reason xfinity decided to kick back two separate charges of $209.00 from June 2021! WiFi, and TV services shut down. Spoke to multiple supervisors who told me the same thing, Pay $1,079.00 right now and your service will be turned back on??!! I have automatic bill pay, you would think if there was an issue with payment that someone would reach out?! I run all my services through this company, a company who can give me no answers as to what is causing this, and No reasonable solutions into fixing the issue!!!!! Now my business is on hold as well as my sons schooling as he is a virtual student! All this due to relying, and trusting in these corporate animals! What a joke! And the question remains… how do I go about handling the problem the company won’t agree to work with you?!

Hi @user_a07544, thank you for reaching out. I know how important it is to make sure all your billing concerns are addressed. I would be happy to look into this for you and I'm happy you reached out to our Digital Care team. Can you private message me your address and name? -  Mikeb

To send a direct message [private message]:
  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
