Bill increased with no prior notice

I woke up today and saw an email thanking me for my automatic payment, only to see that I had been charged $106 instead of my usual $80 monthly fee. After looking into it, my service plan had its price increased with no prior notice given to me. This is a sudden price increase of over 32% and I would like to have this waived and downgrade my plan to something that costs about the same as what I was paying before.

If your account was on a promotion that offered a discount for the first 12 or 24 months, it's possible that promotion could have ended last month. You should be able to see the end date of any active promotion by checking page 3 of your monthly billing statements. Promotional discounts are listed in green writing on the bottom half of the "Regular Monthly Charges" portion of your bill.

 

If your promotion recently ended, we should be able to find you a new one to replace it. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

my bill continues to increase with no end in site your company greed is non stop im looking for other options

i have the same service year after year watch about 10 channels pay for over 100 my bill increases to no end
