Bill increase
Hello I talked to a live agent a couple weeks ago and they informed me that my bill would not be increasing if I called in. I called and they let me know that my bill would be staying at the $65 a month. I’m now noticing that it is going up to $95 a month. What do I need to do to get this back down to $65 a month?

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
