Bill increase

My promo discount is expiring and my bill will be increasing by over 50 dollars. I have been a loyal customer, and I don’t want to cancel your services. How can you help me avoid this increase and continue taking advantage of your promotions?

Our bill is going up 36% .Can xfinity extend the promotions we had so that we can continue to pay the monthly amount we had been paying in 2024? We have been loyal customers  for 4 years. This increase will cause us to cancel our services with you and move to our mobile provider AT&T for their promotional services. We appreciate your help.

The concern is not "Channels And Programming" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

No..my questions were not answered. I have NOT yet received any response to my inquiry to Comcast about my large bill increase  for 2025,  and my  request to continue receiving the promotions I had in 2024. Can someone from Comcast please respond? If I do not hear from you, I will have to cancel my service with you, and move to AT&T.

Thank you for your suggestion ..which I tried and then I was told to verify my identity..which I did after 2 requests for a verification code..I verified my identity about an hour ago..and still no response from your company. ..very frustrating experience which has been going on for hours now! I am ready to” cut the cord” with your company if I don’t hear from someone soon about decreasing my 2025 bill. Why is your company making this so difficult? All I want is some help in decreasing a 36% increase in my 2025 bill..is this possible..or should I go to AT&T who have efficiently handled our mobile phones  for many years??
