Bill Increase
I have lived in my new home less than two years and my Internet bill has increased significantly. I'm am teaching remotely and need reliable Internet, but can't afford the lastest increase. Does Comcast have a loyalty program?

@farrellt Apologies for the experience that you described above. The monthly rate that you have now is very good for the package that you are in.
