Bill has more than doubled

I just received my latest statement and saw that my bill has gone up from $45 to $105 with the end of a promotion. I can understand if the rate increases slightly with the end of a promotional offer, but the amount has more than doubled--and it seems rather large for just Wifi. Please let me know whether there might be any option for a new discount or promotion to lower the amount; otherwise, I will have to look for another service provider. Thank you for your time.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
