Bill dispute

Good afternoon. $30 needs to credited from my previous Xfinity internet bill for STREAMSTORE equipment I didn’t use for an entire month. I was told that would be adjusted once it was returned. You will in the Sept bill the service isn’t there but if you check the Aug bill statement, it’s there and included in the past due payment that I owe.

Hi there, @user_r4c1mc. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. We would be happy to work with you on a resolution. You mentioned Streamstore equipment. The Streamstore is an online place to purchase and manage streaming subscriptions. That does not require a box to use. Are you perhaps referring to the Flex/Xumo streaming device that we provide?

@XfinityCarolyn I don’t follow. Where am I to sign in? Sign into my Xfinity account? Where is this “direct messaging” you’re referring to?
